[elrepo] missing nvidia-x11-drv-390xx for el7_7

In the elrepo repository, I see 
kmod-nvidia-390xx-390.116-2.el7_7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm.  But I don't see a 
matching nvidia-x11-drv-390xx-390.116-2.el7_7.elrepo.x86_64.rpm.  Just 
files from el7_6.  I also don't see the 390xx-libs packages for that 
version.

Is that something that was missed?  Or a build error?  It is causing an 
issue on a machine I updated to el7.7.
