[elrepo] taglib?

That reply didn't go to the list :-(  But I see there are 'extra' taglib 
packages that *do* come from epel.  Perhaps they are intended to do a 
similar job without replacing the packages in the main el7-clone repos?

At present I just want something that identifies as taglib 1.11+
