As noted in the announcement mail,

"Please note that as of this kernel-ml version we are unable to
continue providing the perf, python3-perf, and bpftool packages."

With those packages enabled, building kernel-ml version 6.5.4 ended
with errors. Until / unless this is resolved, we have to publish
kernel-ml without them.
