[elrepo] Some ELRepo kmod packages will no longer be available for RHEL 8.10 and 9.4

EL 9.4 upgrade is not smooth at our site. We need to fix the problem
before we can upgrade more machines.
anyway I think elrepo is fine. the modules
"kmod-drbd9x-9.2.8-1.el9_4.elrepo.x86_64.rpm" and
"kmod-mlx4-4.0-8.el9_4.elrepo.x86_64.rpm"  are working fine under RHEL
9.4
