[elrepo] Some ELRepo kmod packages will no longer be available for RHEL 8.10 and 9.4

I can confirm wireguard, ftsteutates and mpt3sas (id 1000:0072) from the 
elrepo-testing repo are working fine on RHEL 8.10.
