[elrepo] What happened to kernel-ml builds of ".0" kernels?

I remember a while ago, ".0" kernels started getting put in the testing repo instead of the kernel repo. But for the last three (6.15.0, 6.16.0, and 6.17.0), I didn't see kernel-ml builds of them anywhere, not even in the testing repo. Are these totally discontinued now, or is something else going on?
