[elrepo] What happened to kernel-ml builds of ".0" kernels?

The -rcX kernels and .0 kernels are published in :
https://elrepo.org/people/toracat/devel/kernel-ml/
We stopped using the testing repo because, if someone runs the dnf
command with elrepo-testing enabled, that might pull in undesired
(non-kernel) packages we publish through the testing repo.
