Hi Alan,

The ElRepo driver installed fine. However, I am not sure if I am using the ElRepo driver. I removed the kernel module using modprobe -r 8192. The wireless turns off. I start it up again with modprobe 8192, the wireless is back. Should I remove the driver again and delete /lib/modules/2.6.18-238.9.1.el5/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/8192cu.ko

I looked in /etc/modprobe.conf and there is no reference to anything that resembles 8192.

Here is the result of lsmod
[uncled at box ~]$ /sbin/lsmod | grep 8192
8192cu 328800 0

I apologize for not threading my messages, I receive the daily digest and can't seem to get the "In-Reply-To" header set appropriately.

Dan
